SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS:

MonNblou sends international shipments via DHL to all countries in Europe. Rates can vary per country / location and most destinations can be followed with Track & Trace.

Timeframes:

Western-Europe: 2-7 Business Days
Rest of Europe: 4-10 Business Days

Change of delivery address:

After placing your order, you cannot change your address yourself. Contact us via [email protected] or via our whatsapp number +31615421507

Return Policy:

At MonNblou you have the option to return your order within 14 days of receipt.
Send an email to [email protected] for our return address.

Conditions:

∙ Returns can only be made within the specified return period of 14 days;

∙ The return costs that are incurred are for your own account;

∙ Both the costs and the risk of sending are for your own account in the event of a return;

∙ We will only handle returns if they are returned in their original condition including labels & packaging. Damaged and / or used items are refused and returned;

∙ Non-identifiable returns are stored at our head office for a maximum of 1 month. The customer can register via [email protected] After this period, the package will be processed through our own administration and no correspondence will be entered into;

∙ Without a Track & Trace code, no investigation will be launched into missing returns. So keep in mind that proof of shipment with a Track & Trace code is a requirement to be eligible for reimbursement.

∙ WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCEPTANCE, SAFEKEEPING AND/ OR RETURN OF ANY ITEMS THAT YOU SHIP TO US IN ERROR (I.E., ITEMS THAT WERE NOT PURCHASED ON OUR SITE) ("ERRONEOUS RETURN"). If we nevertheless receive and accept an Erroneous Return, we may require, in our sole discretion, that you pay a reasonable processing and shipping fee in order to cover the costs of shipping the Erroneous Return ("Return Fee") back to you. Once received, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you and hold the Erroneous Return for a reasonable period of time not to exceed 30 days. If we are unable to contact you or we do not receive payment of the Return Fee, if any, during that time, we may destroy the Erroneous Return or donate it to a charity of our choice.
Is your order incorrect? We will try to solve this for you as quickly as possible. Please contact [email protected] or our WhatsApp number +31615421507 and clearly state your name, order number and the items in question.

Refund: 

The amount of your return package is refunded to the (bank) account / credit card that was used when placing the order. This takes a maximum of 5 working days from the moment of transfer. If you have paid with a credit card, it may take a little longer.

Exchange Items:

Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange an item.
